i've seen this before.. but for some reason I can only see this one going clockwise.

too concentrated on the pair of titties i guess.

Wow I looked at this and tryed to make it go clockwise and it did after few minutes.. and now can't see that anymore going counter-clockwise..

Look at the foot on the ground. You can change the direction if you want.

It's not turning both directions at the same time. It switches directions. There's tons of versions of this.

This is just a 2D silhouette, it can not turn at all. Once you understand that the turning only happens during visual processing you can influence the perceived direction of the turn.
