if you want to click faster try this.
-hold your finger over the mouse button
-flex your arm muscle as hard as you can until you whole arm and hand starts shaking.
-position your finger so every time you shake you click the mouse
this really works for me if i need to click alot in other games like this.

I found 106 really difficult first time. You have to get the technique of not just moving sideays but slightly backwards to take into account the screen moving forwards. I completed know and I am happy as ( ... )
