Heh, I almost understood all of that before I saw the translation, also, doesn't gossun refer to the act of nailing a five inch nail (go sun kugi) into the heart of a straw doll to curse someone. The cursing had to be done at a certain temple/shrine/something too, I think..
Also IOSYS rawks them intertubes.

Etrian odyssey really is a gigantic PAIN IN THE ASS though.. Even if you have no idea how freaking unfair the original game is, this is still a fun video.
